Do You Know What You Value?

Another way in which you are unique is in what you value - what is important to you. You may value tradition while I might value flexibility. Again, neither is wrong they just have to do with the individual's make up.

When you discover your values you can then make all your life decisions from that core. If you identified what you truly value and then lived your lives by those values, can you see how would start to live based on who you are?

On the link below, you will find an exercise to help you name what you value and start to live it. It is fun and easy to do. You might find that you are surprised by what is really improtant to you versus how you are living your life.

Go ahead and do this exercise - I'll wait right here.

So, what do you do now that you have identified your core values? In the link below you will find a picture showing your life divided into sections and your core values at the center.
