MY Purpose in Life

You were designed by the hand and love of God.

You were made to love Him and He has given you a purpose on the earth. He has gifted you specifically for the task and you will glorify Him most when you live out His design fully.

When you know that your main reason to exist is to be loved by God and to love Him with all that you are, then the next step is to figure out how specifically to do that.

The LORD looks from heaven; He sees all the sons of men...
He fashions their hearts individually.

That means that you are unique. You alone can live out the life God designed for you.

God has given each of us the ability to do certain things well.You have a custom-made assignment for your unique abilities. You are created to bring glory to God by fulfilling your unique design.

But I don't know my unique design

There is a place where What you do through your unique combination of passions, gifts and talents is done in the Where of your everyday life and they intersect with the Why of bringing glory to God.

You can do something no one else can do in a way no one else can do it, when you are true to who God made you to be - living from that sweet spot where the "what, where and why" intersect.

When you are living from your sweet spot, you experience the feeling of "this is what I was made for, this is the purpose of life." The experience feels effortless and joyful. You are being and living the unique you.

Finding this spot has to do with discovering your gifts, talents and abilities, looking at where God has placed you and living for God in that place.

Start to think through your life and look for those times when you felt that what you were doing (your gifts and talents) was not only easy but energizing (your passions).

Find your passion, your gifts, your specific talents and that will give you a clue as to what direction God is leading you. This will start you on the path to finding that sweet spot of living who you are where you are for Him - Your Purpose.
