hi I am writing to you from Ireland
my husband and I are part of a startup church in a small town in Co Cavan Ireland called Ballyjamesduff. we lead worship and I preach about 1 week in 4. We meet in a community hall and that means that we arrive early on Sunday morning and set up the chairs the music equipment and the computer and screen.
We are believing God for our own place so we can have the freedom to have services, classes and meetings as the Lord leads
the area is traditional Catholic so a christian fellowship is viewed with some suspicion
we have a small but growing group of Polish immigrants all hungry for the Lord.I love these women who are so open and hungry for the Lord
Its a privilige to pray with them and talk about Jesus though their lack of English can be challenging
This coming season I am organising some womens meeting for fellowship and prayer and to have some good fun together
my goal is to organise a mother and toddler group to reach into and bless the local community
My daughter Katie aged 16 serves in the worship team too,We have just purchased singing lessons on Cd from U.S. and look forward to improving our vocal skills
Our Pastors serve as a couple and believe in releasing women into Gods plan for their life
We are blessed and we have a vision to Grow people as we build His church.
